Although we rent 5 rooms in this house, it is spuriously very quiet as most of the tenants are professionals and do not work from home. Two tenants travel very frequently. Room currently is available, has its own private bathroom, laundry room right next to it, only used by two tenants only. It also has an extra space between the bedroom and bathroom. you can use as an office, currently their is an microwave. Plenty street parking. Driveways can be use to load and unload only. it is a furnished room with a twin size bed, however we have a full size bed in the garage upon request. If you prefer unfurnished we can accommodate your needs. Lots of sitting areas , kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and living room welcome to use. very easy to show someone always there to show.
